HOW IT ALL STARTED
After planting and leading churches for over 37 years in Southeastern Massachusetts Ps. Brian Weeks began having small informal meetings in the living room of a long time friend in Barrington, RI. Not long after these meetings began it was quickly realized that a space would be needed to begin yet another church.
In prayer over where to locate the church, God reminded Ps Brian of a time back when He had literally heard God crying over the city of Fall River. He instantly knew where to plant the church.

PASSING THE BATON
After planting in the city of Fall River the church began to grow, however, so did the itinerate Apostolic ministry of Ps Brian. After grooming for a few years Ps. Tom & Lisa Mello took over as the Senior Leaders of Solomons Porch Church in March of 2017. In January of 2020 Ps Tom left his job of 25 years as a firefighter/paramedic to go full time with the church.
SUPERNATURAL PROVISION
Since that time God has continued opening supernatural doors for the Porch in ways that can only be described as "miraculous". In March of 2020, one of the many prophetic words over this house came to pass, the church received a large donation that opened the door for us buy our 1st location in Fall River. In the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak, Ps. Tom signed the document to purchase our new church home at 371 Bay Street. From there there story just keeps getting better and better...
Where we are now...
In 2022, the Lord walked our church leaders through an almost entire rebuilding process, aligning the church to step into its destiny. On December 18, 2022 our church was officially re-named Spindle City Church
